Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Aluminium & SG Iron Foundry & Metal Business (Greenfield)

Role Purpose:

The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Company's existing Aluminium Foundry business while driving its transformation into a diversified metal engineering enterprise. The incumbent will lead the conceptualization, planning, establishment, and commercialization of existing & new business verticals including SG Iron (SGI), Sand castings and other value-added engineering products.

The role demands a visionary leader with proven experience in scaling manufacturing businesses, executing greenfield and brownfield projects, building high-performance teams, and creating sustainable competitive advantage through innovation, operational excellence, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Leadership

Provide strategic direction for the organization's growth by developing long-term business plans, identifying new opportunities, and positioning the Company as a leading diversified foundry and engineered metal solutions provider. Drive business transformation through innovation, technology adoption, and market expansion initiatives while ensuring sustainable profitability and shareholder value creation.

Business Expansion & Project Leadership

Lead the conceptualisation, planning, and execution of expansion projects, including the establishment of SG Iron Foundry operations and the development of Sand casting manufacturing capabilities.



Provide leadership across the entire project lifecyclefrom feasibility studies and technology selection to commercial production and business stabilisationensuring timely execution and optimum return on investment.

Operational & Commercial Excellence

Provide overall leadership to existing manufacturing operations by driving operational efficiency, cost competitiveness, quality excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Establish robust systems, governance frameworks, and performance-driven processes that support sustainable growth while maintaining world-class standards of safety, quality, and operational discipline.

Organization Building & Leadership

Build and develop a future-ready leadership team and organizational capability to support the Company's growth ambitions. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while strengthening talent, succession planning, and leadership development across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the Foundry, Metals, Castings, Heavy Engineering, Auto Components, Electrical Equipment, or related manufacturing industries. He should possess demonstrated capability in building businesses, managing large manufacturing operations, executing capital-intensive projects, and driving profitable growth through strategic leadership and operational excellence.





The candidate should have successfully led greenfield or brownfield manufacturing projects and possess robust techno-commercial acumen with exposure to P&L; management, business development, customer engagement, and organizational transformation.

Educational Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, or Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution.
- M.Tech and/or MBA/PGDM in General Management, Operations, Strategy, or Finance will be preferred.

Experience:

- 25+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing industries. In LPDC/GDC/Sand castings.
- Have complete technical knowledge of the foundry business.
- Minimum 10 years in a CEO, Business Head, Executive Director, President, Unit Head, or equivalent senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in Aluminium, SG Iron, Foundry, Metal Engineering, or similar industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated success in executing large-scale expansion, greenfield, or brownfield projects and leading multi-functional teams with full business responsibility.
