Healthcare Recruiter (US Staffing) - Night Shift

About the Role

Generis Tek Inc. is looking for a passionate and driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment who are eager to build a rewarding career in the staffing industry.

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and engaging qualified healthcare professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent opportunities across the United States. You will work closely with account managers and clients while managing the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified healthcare professionals through job portals such as Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates by evaluating their qualifications, experience, certifications, availability, and work authorization.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates for healthcare positions across the US.
- Connect with candidates via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to discuss job opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers, ATS, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing processes, documentation,



and company policies.
- Meet recruitment targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Human Resources, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment or US Staffing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment concepts and sourcing methodologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Basic to moderate proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and internet research.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
