Key Account Management

Support and manage key client accounts to ensure continuity and satisfaction.

- Act as a backup point of contact for client communication, issue resolution, and service delivery.
- Monitor account performance, assist in contract negotiations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ensure backup strategies are in place to safeguard critical accounts during disruptions.

Supply Chain Management

- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Optimize SCM processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen resilience.
- Track inventory levels, vendor performance,



and logistics operations with a focus on risk mitigation.
- Develop contingency plans and backup supply channels to support key accounts during operational challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Business Development

- Assist in identifying current business opportunities and expanding market presence when required.
- Provide support in preparing proposals, quotations, and RFQs.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to back up the business development team.
