Hiring HR Manager for a leading Multi Speciality Eye Hospital based in Hyderabad

Position: HR Manager

Experience: 8 years & above

CTC- Upto 20 LPA
Industry Preference: Healthcare / Hospital Industry

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Doctors, Surgeons, Nursing, Pharmacists, Patient Care, Sales, IT, Front Desk & other hospital staff
- Develop hiring strategies for niche and critical healthcare roles
- Manage onboarding, induction & employee engagement initiatives
- Design and implement KPI-driven Performance Management System (PMS)
- Conduct performance reviews, appraisals & employee feedback processes
- Handle employee relations, grievance management & retention activities
- Coordinate training & development programs for clinical and non-clinical staff




- Ensure smooth HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination & documentation
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, HR policies & hospital regulations
- Track HR metrics including attrition, hiring TAT & engagement scores

Candidate Profile

- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in Hospital / Healthcare HR operations
- Hands-on experience in recruitment portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn & Apna
- Solid communication, leadership & stakeholder management skills
- Experience working closely with promoters/management preferred
- Languages Known: Telugu, English & Hindi
