Overview - We are seeking an experienced Senior WebLogic Middleware Administrator to join our ITES team in Mumbai. - The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, with a minimum of 9 years in managing and administrating WebLogic environments. - As a critical part of our IT infrastructure, this role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our middleware systems. - This position requires a strategic thinker who can advise on best practices and ensure the reliability and performance of middleware solutions.

Requirements - Minimum 9 years of experience in WebLogic administration within an ITES or similar environment. - Proven expertise in configuring and optimizing WebLogic Server environments. - Strong understanding of middleware architecture and integration best practices. - Experience with monitoring and performance tuning tools specific to WebLogic. - Ability to troubleshoot complex middleware issues effectively and efficiently. - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring junior staff. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
