? Hiring: Mortgage Live Underwriter (L2 – Non-QM) | Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹9.5 LPA + ₹50,000 Joining Bonus

Position: Mortgage Live Underwriter (L2 – Non-QM)

Location: Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience Required

- 2 to 4 years of Live Mortgage Underwriting experience
- Mandatory experience in Non-QM Underwriting

Key Responsibilities

- Perform credit risk assessment using the 4Cs of Credit
- Calculate income for Salaried and Self-Employed borrowers
- Underwrite Bank Statement and Full Documentation loans
- Evaluate loan eligibility and structure mortgage transactions
- Review appraisal reports, title documents, lien positions, and ownership documents
- Make underwriting decisions based on investor guidelines
- Work on Encompass LOS
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely loan processing

Qualification

- Higher Secondary (HSC) or Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits

✅ CTC: Up to ₹9.5 LPA

✅ Monthly In-hand Salary: ₹72,790

✅ Monthly Performance Incentive: ₹2,750

✅ Travel Allowance:

- ₹3,500 (Both Ways)
- ₹1,750 (One Way)
- ✅ Joining Bonus: ₹50,000 after successful completion of 3 months

Shift Details

- US Shift
- Shift Window: 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
- Rotational 9-hour shift
- Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
