Medical Assistant – Doctor OperationsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Medical Assistant to support our doctors in managing day-to-day patient appointments, medicine inventory, and order/courier operations. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and valuable communication skills.

Key Responsibilities1. Doctor & Appointment Support

- Assist doctors with their daily appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with patients regarding appointment timings and availability.
- Help manage rescheduling, cancellations, and missed appointments.
- Coordinate with doctors and patients to ensure smooth consultation flow.
- Maintain accurate appointment and patient-related records.

2. Medicine Inventory Management

- Maintain and regularly update medicine inventory records.
- Track stock levels, consumption, and expiry dates.
- Coordinate for timely replenishment of medicines.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing medicines.
- Ensure medicines are properly stored and organized.

3. Order & Courier Management

- Process medicine orders generated after doctor consultations.
- Coordinate with patients to confirm order details and delivery information.




- Prepare orders for dispatch and coordinate with courier partners.
- Track shipments and follow up on delayed or undelivered orders.
- Handle basic customer coordination related to medicine deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and dispatch status.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in a medical assistant, clinic operations, pharmacy, healthcare operations, or similar role.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of medicines and healthcare workflows.
- Comfortable working with computers, Excel/Google Sheets, and operational dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to coordinate with doctors, patients, pharmacies, and courier partners.
- PreferredExperience working with an Ayurvedic clinic, pharmacy, healthcare startup, or online consultation platform.
- Knowledge of medicine inventory and order management.
- Experience handling patient/customer communication over WhatsApp and phone.
