Position: Engineer Production Planning & Control (PPC)

Location: Nashik
Experience: 3 to 4 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Production, Mechanical, Material Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules (MPS) based on sales forecasts and capacity

constraints.

• Use MRP systems to analyze bills of materials (BOM) & ensure raw materials are available to prevent production delays.

• Assess plant capacity, including machinery and manpower, to align production plans with available resources.

• Track real-time production progress against the plan, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions such as

rescheduling or expediting.





• Collaborate with CS, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics to ensure seamless order execution from intake to dispatch.

• Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) like On-Time Delivery (OTD), Capacity Utilization,

and Inventory Turnover.

Skill and Knowledge: -

• Proficiency in SAP systems

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, V-lookups, data analysis).

• Ability to read and interpret BOM and routings.

Qualification: -

Diploma in Production/Mechanical /Material Management/ Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
