About the Organization Zeitgeist Retail Private Limited ZRPL is a Bengaluru-based E-Commerce Technology and Services company We collaborate with leading brands to deliver end-to-end solutions including product listings catalog management stock planning account reconciliation and returns management all powered by scalable technology platforms To know more visit www zrpl co in Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive - Accounts Finance to join our team This role is responsible for handling core finance and accounting functions including payroll processing statutory compliance GST AP AR reconciliations and reporting The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial operations strong knowledge of payroll and statutory labor laws and a keen eye for accuracy Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable receivable and general ledger entries Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Maintain accurate records of employee earnings deductions and benefits Perform reconciliations of bank vendor and employee accounts Assist with budgeting forecasting and cost control activities Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits Ensure proper documentation and adherence to financial policies and statutory requirements Work closely with the HR and Admin departments to streamline payroll and employee benefits processes Skills Competencies Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting payroll software e g Tally Zoho QuickBooks Robust understanding of financial accounting and reporting standards Detail-oriented with solid analytical and numerical skills Effective communicator with good interpersonal and coordination skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or Commerce MBA CA Inter preferred 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance payroll and compliance management Working Hours Monday - Friday 9 00 AM to 6 00 PM or 10 00 AM to 7 00 PM Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
