Job Summary The Travel Consultant is responsible for assisting clients with planning booking and managing their travel requirements This includes domestic and international travel arrangements such as flights hotels holiday packages tours visas and insurance while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction Responsibilities Understand client needs and provide suitable travel options within their budget Plan and arrange travel itineraries including flights accommodation transportation and activities Provide accurate information regarding destinations cultures customs weather and travel regulations Book and issue tickets process cancellations re-scheduling and refunds Advise clients on travel requirements Promote and upsell tour packages holiday deals and additional services Maintain client records handle queries and ensure repeat business through relationship building Coordinate with airlines hotels tour operators and suppliers for smooth execution of travel services Stay updated on industry trends travel restrictions and promotional offers Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Travel Tourism Hospitality Knowledge in Computer operating and Ms Office Fresher or Proven 1 - 2 years experience as a Travel Consultant Strong sales and customer service skills Excellent communication Skill Preferred female candidates Job Types Full time Permanent Pay From 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
