About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our TV channel s presence across digital platforms The role involves developing strategies creating engaging content managing online communities and analyzing performance to enhance the channel s reach brand visibility and audience engagement You will work closely with the creative editorial and production teams to ensure our shows promos and campaigns are effectively represented across all social media platforms Key Responsibilities Plan manage and execute daily content across social media platforms Facebook Instagram X Twitter YouTube LinkedIn etc Create and curate engaging posts reels shorts stories and live interactions aligned with channel shows and campaigns Collaborate with the design video team to produce eye-catching graphics motion content and promotional creatives Track trending topics hashtags and industry updates to leverage real-time engagement Monitor respond and interact with followers building an active online community Develop and execute digital campaigns for new shows events and channel launches Analyze social media performance reach engagement growth and generate weekly monthly reports Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms Work with influencers and partners for collaborations and cross-promotions Requirements Skills Bachelor s degree in Mass Communication Marketing Media or related field 1-3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive Digital Marketer preferably in a TV channel OTT or media industry Strong knowledge of social media platforms tools and algorithms Creative mindset with skills in content writing captioning and storytelling Hands-on experience with social media management tools Meta Business Suite Hootsuite Buffer etc Familiarity with basic design video editing tools Canva Photoshop Premiere Pro etc is an added advantage Strong analytical skills to interpret insights and optimize performance Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace What We Offer An exciting opportunity to be part of a leading TV channel s digital growth journey Creative freedom to experiment and bring fresh ideas to life Professional growth with exposure to both TV and digital media landscapes Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
