At Sehar - Ek Nayi Udaan we believe every child and every family deserves a safe space to understand grow and thrive We are an early intervention and special education center rooted in empathy emotional connection and evidence-based practices We are looking for a warm reflective and dedicated Consultant Counselling Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team If you are passionate about supporting parents caregivers and families of neurodivergent children this role offers a meaningful opportunity to create real change Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions for parents of neurodivergent children twice a month Provide emotional support guidance and coping strategies to caregivers Help parents understand their child s developmental profile needs and strengths Collaborate with special educators developmental pediatricians and therapists as part of a multidisciplinary team Maintain clear documentation and ensure confidentiality of all sessions Foster a safe non-judgmental and empowering environment for families Qualifications Master s degree Diploma in Counselling Psychology Clinical Psychology Child Psychology or a related field Experience working with parents families or children preferred Strong interpersonal listening and communication skills Warmth patience empathy and a family-centered mindset Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team What We Offer A supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for continuous professional growth and learning A chance to create meaningful impact in the lives of parents and children A workplace where your insights and contributions are genuinely valued Job Type Part-time Pay 4 000 00 - 5 000 00 per month Expected hours 4 - 6 per week Advantages Flexible schedule Work Location In person
