We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior R D QA QC Executive for our lubricant manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lubricant formulation quality assurance and quality control with hands-on lab experience and team management skills Key Responsibilities Lead R D efforts for new lubricant product development and formulation improvement Conduct physical and chemical testing of raw materials in-process samples and finished products Ensure adherence to quality standards BIS ASTM ISO etc Troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions Maintain documentation as per regulatory and audit requirements Coordinate with production purchase and marketing teams for product and process improvements Handle customer complaints related to product quality and provide technical support Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Petroleum Technology or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in lubricant industry R D QA QC Sound knowledge of lubricant formulation additive chemistry and testing procedures Familiarity with lab instruments like viscometers flash point testers FTIR etc Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Only candidates based in Ahmedabad or nearby areas should apply Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
