FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE PREFERABLE FOR THIS POSITION The Back Office Sales Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support to the sales and business development teams in the outdoor media industry This role involves preparing proposals maintaining client databases coordinating with vendors and internal teams and ensuring seamless execution of advertising campaigns on outdoor media platforms such as billboards transit media hoardings and more Prepare and send quotations proposals and media plans to clients based on sales team input Maintain and update pricing sheets rate cards etc Follow up on client inquiries and coordinate internally for timely responses Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients for documentation artwork submissions and approvals Coordinate with the operations and creative teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns Prepare weekly monthly sales reports and assist in forecasting and lead tracking Qualifications Bachelor s degree 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Language English Preferred Work Location In person
