We are seeking a agile and knowledgeable Immigration Consultant to join our growing team The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in counseling students for study visas managing tourist visa applications and guiding students through university admissions processes Familiarity with platforms such as GISMA Study Group Apply Board and other student application portals is essential Key Responsibilities Provide personalized counseling to clients for study visas and tourist visas across multiple destinations e g Canada UK Australia USA Europe Guide students through the university college admission process from course selection to application submission Utilize student recruitment platforms GISMA Study Group Apply Board etc for processing and tracking applications Assist in compiling visa documentation and ensure compliance with all immigration laws and regulations Stay updated with changing visa rules immigration policies and education opportunities abroad Follow up with students and institutions to ensure a smooth admission and visa process Build and maintain strong relationships with students parents and partner institutions Support the team with other related administrative or consulting tasks as needed Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in any discipline preferably in Education International Relations or a related field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in study visa and tourist visa counseling Proficiency in using platforms such as Apply Board Study Group GISMA or similar student portals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of visa filing procedures SOP preparation and document handling Fluency in English additional languages are a plus Email hr irenicinternational com Phone (phone hidden) Website www irenicinternational com Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person Expected Start Date 11 08 2025
