Job Title Telecalling cum Sales Executive Location Bareilly Job Type Full time 10 To 8 30 Industry Kapeefit Mega Store Role Objective We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken Sales Relationship Executive to join our Kapeefit Mega Store team You will be the face of the store responsible for welcoming walk-in customers managing digital leads via WhatsApp and ensuring patients customers receive the right guidance on Ayurveda products and Ayurvedic treatments Key Responsibilities Walk-in Customer Management Greet and assist walking customers in the store Understand their needs General FMCG Medicines or Wellness and guide them to the right sections WATI WhatsApp Lead Handling Promptly manage and respond to inquiries on WATI Share product availability prices and store locations to drive footfall Patient Follow-up Calling Maintain a calling schedule for patients who visit our Vaidya In-store Doctor Call to remind them of medicine refills and follow-up consultations Cross-selling Upselling Suggest complementary Ayurveda products introduce customers to new premium launches or membership schemes Reporting CRM Daily updates of customer data sales leads and stock inquiries in Google Sheets CRM to ensure no customer is forgotten Effective Communication Provide clear information about the benefits of Ayurvedic products and ongoing store offers with a polite and helpful attitude Required Skills Qualifications Experience 6 months to 2 years in Telecalling Inside Sales or a Front-desk role Knowledge of Ayurveda products is a huge plus Communication Excellent verbal communication in Hindi Must be able to talk comfortably with diverse age groups from youth to seniors Tech Proficiency Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business WATI Google Sheets and basic Microsoft Excel Personality Calm patient and persuasive Must have the service-mindset required for a wellness brand What We Offer Competitive Salary 9k To 12K Incentives per month based on experience Growth Performance review every month Job Type Full-time Pay 9 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
