Job Summary Crazy Pencilz Studio is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our Graphic Design team The Account Manager will be the key link between our creative team and clients ensuring smooth communication timely project delivery and exceptional service This role requires someone who understands design processes manages client expectations and helps drive creative excellence while maintaining long-term client relationships Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in the GD team Understand client requirements translate briefs into actionable tasks and coordinate with designers to deliver creative solutions Manage end-to-end project flow - from briefing timelines approvals to final delivery Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by ensuring satisfaction and addressing queries proactively Collaborate closely with creative directors designers and production teams to meet client objectives Track project status prepare progress updates and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality Handle feedback and revisions efficiently balancing client needs with creative standards Identify opportunities for upselling cross-selling creative services within existing accounts Maintain accurate records of client communications deliverables and billing status Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are followed in all deliverables Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Design Management or related field 0-1 years of experience in client servicing account management or project management in a creative advertising design agency Robust understanding of graphic design processes and creative workflows Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach Proficiency in MS Office project management tools and familiarity with design creative collaboration platforms e g Trello Asana Slack Figma Preferred Experience working in a design or advertising agency Passion for creativity design and branding Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
