Location Andheri East Mumbai Full-Time Industry Education Jewelry Gemology Visit www learnathonworld com for more info About Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jewelry Manufacturing Faculty to train students in end-to-end jewelry production processes The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of traditional and contemporary jewelry manufacturing techniques along with the ability to guide students through practical workshops and skill-based learning Key Responsibilities Train students in complete jewelry manufacturing processes including Filing soldering and bench work Stone setting prong pave channel bead flush etc Casting and post-casting processes Assembly and repair techniques Polishing buffing finishing quality control Conduct practical training sessions with detailed demonstrations Create lesson plans practical modules and training assessments Teach safe handling of tools equipment and workshop discipline Evaluate student work and provide regular guidance for improvement Update training methods and curriculum to match industry standards Maintain workshop tools and ensure a productive learning environment Required Skills and Experience Filing soldering and bench operations Stone setting Casting workflows Polishing and finishing standards Production tools machinery QC Teaching or training experience is an added advantage Strong communication patience and clarity in instruction High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Education Diploma Required Experience jewelry production 1 year Required Language English Required Location Andheri East Mumbai Maharashtra Required Work Location In person
