Area Sales Manager West Delhi Industry Food FMCG Location West Delhi Experience Minimum 4-5 years in Food FMCG Sales with team handling experience Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager ASM who can independently manage the sales team expand market presence and strengthen retail partnerships across West Delhi The candidate must have solid experience in the food FMCG sector and deep knowledge of the local market Key Responsibilities Lead manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Handle distribution network retail shops general trade and modern trade in West Delhi Identify onboard and activate new shops to expand market coverage Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers distributors and key partners Plan and execute area-wise sales strategies to increase product visibility and availability Implement schemes promotions and merchandising at shop level Monitor competitor strategies market trends and suggest growth opportunities Track sales performance prepare reports and ensure smooth daily operations Requirements Proven experience as an ASM Sales Executive in the Food FMCG industry Strong knowledge of West Delhi s retail shop network Ability to independently manage and train a field sales team Strong communication negotiation and leadership abilities Target-driven analytical and adaptable in field conditions Salary As per industry standards Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
