URGENT HIRING - GEM E-TERDERING Mandatory - Qualification B Tech Electrical or similar Bachelor s degree in Electronics Communication Engineering BTech in E C or similar is mandatory OTHERS NEED NOT APPLY CANDIDATES WITHOUT B TECH DEGREE AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE NEED NOT APPLY Location Recent Delhi Nehru Place - We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our Sales Department The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying preparing and submitting bids and proposals particularly in government and institutional sectors in alignment with our core services Networking Wi-Fi and CCTV solutions Key Responsibilities Monitor government and private tender portals such as GEM CPPP etc for relevant opportunities in line with ADH s services Prepare compile and submit technical and financial bid documents within deadlines Coordinate with internal technical and procurement teams for documentation and costing Ensure compliance with tender requirements formats and eligibility criteria Maintain accurate records of bids submitted results and competitor analysis Follow up on bid status and post-tender clarifications or negotiations Liaise with clients and government departments when required Support the sales team with documentation proposal creation and project leads Regularly update the management on tender performance and market trends Required Skills and Qualifications B Tech in Electronics Communication Compulsory Strong understanding of IT networking products and CCTV systems Familiarity with government procurement platforms GEM eProc portals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong MS Office and documentation skills Word Excel PowerPoint Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously Self-motivated proactive and process-oriented Preferred Skills not mandatory but desirable Prior experience in handling government or institutional tenders Knowledge of basic AutoCAD or network layout drawing tools Experience in pricing strategy and vendor coordination Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Morning shift Education Bachelor s Required Work Location In person Application Deadline 10 08 2025
