Position Purpose Overview of the position The position is responsible for successful implementation maintenance and governance of Master data management systems The consultant acts as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams translating business needs into robust MDM solutions Candidate Specification Education Qualification Engineering Graduate No of Years of Experience 3 to 5 years Professional Exposure Technical Skills Master Data Management Data Governance understanding of data models data integration and data quality principles Preferred previous experiences Project management and consulting experience in data-driven transformations Functional Skills Business Process Understanding Stakeholder collaboration Solid analytical and problem-solving skills communication skills Behavioral Skills Self-motivated Special Knowledge Skills Required Exposure to data analytics tools like Alteryx or database creation tools like SQL Design and implement comprehensive MDM strategies and solutions Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency across systems Design and maintain data models to support master data initiatives ensuring alignment with overall data architecture Lead data migration harmonization and transformation from legacy system to SAP and other migration projects Perform data cleansing enrichment and validation activities in Part Control PC2 Panda Clearing house S4 and Legacy systems Streamline and optimize data management processes to enhance efficiency and reliability Contribute to MC DR UAT to ensure seamless data system integration Act as a key liaison to address issues faced by business on data touch points Monitor and audit master data to ensure compliance with governance rules and identify gaps issues in SAP launched markets Drive for continuous improvement initiatives from the team including any Alteryx Qlik View RPA project scope
