Job Title TelecallerJob Summary We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Telecaller to join our team The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers answering incoming calls generating sales leads maintaining customer records and providing excellent customer service Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products services Answer incoming calls and address customer queries in a professional manner Maintain accurate records of calls leads and customer information Follow up sales executives Achieve daily weekly monthly call and sales targets Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions Maintain valuable relationships with customers to ensure repeat business Report regularly to the team leader manager about call status and progress Requirements Qualification Minimum graduate preferred Good communication skills in English and local language Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM software Ability to handle rejection and remain positive Prior experience in telecalling customer service or sales is an advantage Skills Excellent verbal communication Active listening and persuasion skills Patience and customer-oriented approach Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 14 000 00 per month Work Location In person
