Job Requirements Job Title Assistant Relationship Manager-Rural Business Banking Business Rural Banking Function Department Rural Business Banking Job Purpose The role entails providing financial solutions to meet the working requirements of Rural business banking customers and ensuring best-in-class relationship management and customer experience to become their banking partner of choice The role bearer is responsible for asset NTB client acquisition along with liabilities and Third-Party Products The role will closely collaborate with the product and operations teams to drive effective customer acquisition servicing and deepening Roles Responsibilities Responsible for acquiring new customers for business banking with a detailed understanding of credit assessment Knowledge on liability Third-party products and client relationships delinquency management relationship management and an analytical mindset Managing the portfolio effectively through continuous monitoring of accounts and renewals enhancement retention and ensuring portfolio hygiene with minimal open deferral and covenants Develop a superior working relationship with branch banking for cross-leveraging synergy optimization and work within the overall bank ecosystem with other stakeholders Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network Demonstrated ability in sales planning and conceptualizing promotions and marketing initiatives Understanding of financial statements credit Assessment and title-security documents Key Success Metrics NTB Business Quality of Sourcing Meeting m-o-m activation and productivity target No Quick Mortality Activating all assigned branches for leads Superior TAT and conversion rates No overdue charge perfection Ontime renewal CASA and Fee income generation Irregularity resolution Deferral closure NTB Cases done including referral from existing customer Onboarding Activation Product deepening Educational Qualifications Graduation Bachelor s in engineering Technology Math s Commerce Arts Science Biology Business Computers Engineering Management Post-graduation PG will be preferred Qualified Qualification NA Experience 2-3 years of relevant experience in business banking working capital financing
