POSITION PURPOSE Product Specialist is responsible for promotion for getting support from the Healthcare professionals Retail Pharmacies Modern stores Institutions for products MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION 1 Identify and Target the right customer based on existing future potential for Ascensia Diabetes Care products 2 Plan and execute marketing strategies as defined from time to time 3 Maintain a detailed record of customer accounts incl key opinion leaders Key personnel in Retail and Institutions as per defined norms or requirements 4 Ensure regular customer visits as per defined norms of callage coverage 5 Generate the leads from Health care Professionals POB from Retail outlets maintaining existing Institutions and converting new one and thus overall increase the acceptance of SMBG 6 Promote Ascensia Diabetes Care products to target customers convert current customers and maintain support from existing customers 7 Plan and execute marketing programs KOL-centric activities Detection camps Nurses education programs etc in key customer accounts on an agreed frequency 8 Ensure compliance with Ascensia policies including Corporate Reporting Compliance 9 Maintain a high level of Product and Therapeutic segment knowledge QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum Bachelor s Degree in Science Pharmacy - Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Marketing will be an advantage - At least 3-5 years of experience in Healthcare companies Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 600 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Application Question s Have you sold Medical Devices or Equipment What are the products you are selling Work Location In person
