The ideal candidate should possess excellent counselling, communication, and sales skills with the ability to convert prospective candidates into successful enrollments while providing a seamless counselling experience.

Key Responsibilities Counsel candidates on international job opportunities and overseas career pathways.

Assess candidate profiles and recommend suitable overseas employment and migration programs.

Convert qualified leads into enrollments while achieving monthly admission targets.

Explain program perks, fee structures, documentation requirements, and migration processes.

Maintain accurate candidate records, follow-up activities, and CRM updates.

Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.

Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, and local awareness activities.





Build robust relationships with prospective candidates and provide exceptional customer service.

Salary: 21000 INR Per Month Requirements Any Graduate.

Candidates must be based in Kerala.

Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 6months - 1year of working experience in counselling, admissions, recruitment, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.

Target-driven mindset with robust lead conversion abilities.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
