Reporting Manager : CEO

We're looking for someone who owns Customer Experience and end to end Supply Chain in retail segment.

Responsibilities:

**Supply Chain Operations**
- Run the network for efficiency and speed reduce TAT structurally, at optimal cost
- Redesign the network (warehousing, last-mile, 3PL) as the business requires
- Set up processes and build the tech backbone where none exists today
- Drive structural reduction in inventory and materially improve forecast accuracy — not one-time fixes, but system-level change
- Own the P&L; impact of supply chain decisions, not just the operational metrics

**Customer Service**
- Own customer experience as a genuine competitive differentiator, not a cost center
- Ensure every customer request is resolved well and on time




- Be the anchor for company-wide programs that structurally reduce complaints at the root — working across category, stores, and supply chain to fix causes, not just respond to symptoms

Preferred candidate profile
- 10-15 years of experience, with real time spent in physical retail / large-format operations
- Preferred: supply chain leadership experience in a startup — someone who has built process and tech from scratch, not just managed an inherited system
- High ownership, high urgency — you love operations and you love getting things done
- Comfortable with ambiguity; energized by building rather than maintaining
