Urgently required : MALE Accounts Manager (Retail ERP software, Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Banking & Cash Management

- Process bank payments through Online Banking (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) and cheques.
- Perform daily cash, bank, and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain banking records and ensure timely reconciliations.
- Manage cash imprest and petty cash transactions.

GST & TDS Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and Annual Return (GSTR-9).
- Perform Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation with Books of Accounts and GSTR-2B.
- Ensure timely GST compliance (offline & online) and resolve GST-related issues.
- Handle end-to-end TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, return filing,and issuance of TDS certificates.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Income Tax provisions

Purchase & Vendor Management

- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Perform vendor payments.
- Perform vendor ledger and e-marketplace reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and monitor payments and settlements.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices and payments.





Costing & Financial Reporting

- Calculate and maintain product costing and pricing strategies (online & offline), monitor competitor pricing, and maintain target margins.
- Analyze revenue by product/category and identify profitable and loss-making products.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and monthly P&L; statements.
- Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control initiatives.
- Verify marketplace commissions, referral fees, FBA fees, logistics charges, and other applicable charges.

General Accounting

- Maintain accounting books and ensure accurate accounting entries.
- Assist in statutory and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Perform any other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by management.
