About the Role

amasol is looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Product & Engineering to lead the strategy, development, and continuous evolution of klaricore, our Service Level Management (SLM) platform.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving product innovation, engineering excellence, AI adoption, and successful product delivery while leading the Product, Development, and QA functions.

The successful candidate will define the product vision and roadmap, translate business and customer needs into product capabilities, and ensure the timely delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality enterprise software. The role requires close collaboration with customers, consulting, sales, engineering, and executive leadership to position klaricore as a leading enterprise SLM solution.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Leadership

- Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for klaricore.
- Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation through release and continuous improvement.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, market trends, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Drive product innovation and identify opportunities to expand the platform's capabilities.

Product Delivery & Engineering

- Provide functional leadership to the Product, Development, and QA teams.
- Own product backlog management, sprint planning, feature prioritization, and release planning.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases while maintaining engineering best practices.
- Drive Agile delivery, DevSecOps practices, product quality, and engineering excellence.

AI & Innovation





- Lead amasol's AI-first product strategy by integrating AI-powered capabilities into klaricore.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted software development, testing, documentation, customer support, and engineering automation.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and engineering productivity.
- Promote the use of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, RAG, and automation across the product and engineering lifecycle.

Product Governance & Operations

- Establish product governance, release management, quality standards, and security practices.
- Define and monitor Product KPIs, OKRs, engineering metrics, and operational dashboards.
- Own product documentation, knowledge base, API documentation, training materials, and release notes.
- Ensure product compliance, scalability, performance, and operational readiness.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

- Collaborate with customers, sales, consulting, support, and leadership to understand business requirements and market expectations.
- Support product demonstrations, customer workshops, and strategic engagements.
- Act as the product evangelist for klaricore, representing the product internally and externally.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Enterprise Software Development, or Software Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading Product, Development, or QA teams in an Agile environment.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS or software products from concept to production.
- Robust understanding of Product Management, Agile methodologies, cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, DevSecOps, and CI/CD.
- Experience with AI technologies including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-assisted software development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Service Level Management (SLM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Observability, Monitoring, or Enterprise Operations platforms.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, enterprise application architecture, and cloud technologies.
- Experience building AI-enabled enterprise products and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to product analytics, security, compliance, and enterprise software governance.
