Real Estate Transactions

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including sale deeds, lease agreements, MOUs, joint development agreements, and power of attorney documents

- Conduct legal due diligence for property acquisitions, disposals, and investments

- Ensure clear title verification and compliance with land laws and zoning regulations

Compliance & Regulatory Matters

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national real estate laws and regulations

- Liaise with government authorities, land registries, and regulatory bodies

- Monitor changes in real estate laws and advise management accordingly

Property Management & Leasing

- Oversee legal aspects of commercial and residential leasing

- Handle renewals, terminations, amendments,



and disputes related to leases

- Advise internal teams on landlordtenant matters

Litigation & Dispute Resolution

- Manage real estaterelated litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution

- Coordinate with external counsel and monitor case progress

- Develop strategies to mitigate legal risks and resolve disputes efficiently

Risk Management & Advisory

- Identify legal risks in real estate projects and propose mitigation strategies

- Provide legal advice to business and project teams

- Support due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures involving real estate

Documentation & Record Management

- Maintain and manage legal documentation and property records

- Ensure proper execution, registration, and safekeeping of documents
