Qualification: B.E in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end OE spare parts operations, ensuring the seamless availability of automotive components, optimizing inventory levels, and driving aftermarket sales
- Schedule Adherence: Downloading the customer schedules from customer portals and releasing the production and sales plan to the plants and ensuring adherence to schedule
- Demand Forecasting: Analyze historical sales data and OEM production forecasts to accurately predict spare parts demand and prevent stock outs or overstocking
- Stock Monitoring: Maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses by setting reorder levels and monitoring the movement of fast-moving and slow-moving parts. Ensure inward into customer end to ensure payment collection on time
