Construction industry experience in Mandatory

Role & responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
- Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Conduct safety induction programs for current employees and workers.
- Organize toolbox talks and safety awareness training sessions.
- Monitor work permits for high-risk activities such as hot work, work at height, excavation, and lifting operations.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and submit reports.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all site personnel.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to implement safety measures during project execution.




- Monitor housekeeping standards across the construction site.
- Ensure availability and maintenance of firefighting and emergency response equipment.
- Liaise with government authorities and auditors regarding safety compliance when required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.
- Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification.
- Accident Investigation and Reporting.
- Fire Safety Management.
- Emergency Response Planning.
- Safety Audits and Inspections.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
