Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Development Senior Specialist with strong expertise in .NET (WinForms) and SQL to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Healthcare domain (preferred) and exposure to automation practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Windows Forms (WinForms) applications using .NET framework
- Write efficient, scalable, and optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Enhance application performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions
- Implement and support automation initiatives (test automation / process automation preferred)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations (if applicable)
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices

Required Skills





- Strong expertise in .NET Framework & WinForms application development
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server (queries, triggers, stored procedures)
- Hands-on experience in debugging and performance tuning
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts
- Experience in software design patterns and coding standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Healthcare domain (EMR/EHR systems, claims processing, etc.)
- Exposure to automation tools/frameworks (UI automation, test automation, scripting, etc.)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git/TFS)
- Knowledge of API integrations and web services is a plus

Education

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
