KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on various jewelry types, including gold, diamonds, platinum, and gemstones
- Sales Excellence: Understand customer needs and budgets to recommend suitable pieces, effectively closing sales while meeting monthly targets
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of jewelry specifications, such as the 4 Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat), metal purity (karats), and current market trends
- Inventory Management: Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of display trays and conduct regular stock counts to ensure all merchandise is accounted for
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure display cases are clean, well-lit, and arranged according to brand standards to maximize visual appeal
- Administrative Accuracy: Process invoices, handle cash/card transactions accurately, and manage customer documentation for warranties or certifications (e.g., GIA, IGI)
- After-Sales Service: Assist with repairs, resizing requests, and cleaning services,



ensuring a long-term relationship with the clientele

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry
- Solid interpersonal skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Technical expertise in gemstones and precious metals; certification in gemology is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor and proactive approach
- High attention to detail regarding administrative tasks and inventory security
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail requirements
- MUST: Fluency in spoken and written English & Tamil; Basic Conversation in Hindi.
