Job Summary

We are looking for an Incentive Calculation Analyst to manage end-to-end sales incentive, commission, and bonus calculations for India and Europe. The role involves incentive plan administration, data validation, payout processing, reporting, and stakeholder coordination with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Payroll teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales incentives, commissions, and bonuses.
- Validate sales performance data, targets, quotas, and achievement metrics.
- Reconcile incentive payouts and resolve calculation discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate incentive payments across regions.
- Support incentive plan implementation, documentation, and governance.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and management reports.
- Analyze sales performance and incentive trends.
- Coordinate with Sales Operations, Finance, Payroll, and HR teams.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance Analytics, or Variable Compensation.
- Solid understanding of commissions, quotas, incentive plans, and bonus structures.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas).
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
