Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer with experience in electrical design, panel engineering, and industrial automation. The candidate will be responsible for designing electrical systems, preparing engineering documentation, selecting automation components, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand equipment and project requirements and develop electrical design solutions accordingly.
- Coordinate with the Mechanical Design team to receive design inputs and provide necessary electrical design inputs.
- Perform first-principle electrical design calculations for equipment and systems.
- Prepare and select the Bill of Materials (BOM) and CBO for electrical and electronic components.
- Develop and maintain Input/Output (I/O) lists for automation systems.
- Create electrical schematics, panel layouts, assembly drawings, and detailed circuit drawings using EPLAN.




- Prepare engineering drawings using AutoCAD and maintain project documentation using MS Office.
- Select and specify automation components, including PLCs, HMIs, AC VFDs, DC Drives, and Servo Motors.
- Design and engineer electrical control panels, including cable selection, cable routing, and panel layouts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards, customer specifications, and project requirements.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with EPLAN, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Robust knowledge of electrical design principles and industrial automation.
- Experience in PLC, HMI, AC VFD, DC Drive, and Servo Motor selection.
- Strong expertise in Panel Engineering and Cable Engineering.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
