Position Overview

- We seek a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our web development and digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, designers, and customers. This role reports directly to the CEO and is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and document detailed project requirements.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Task Assignment: Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and any necessary adjustments.
- UAT Ownership: Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, ensuring that final deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
- Demos and Delivery: Conduct project demos for clients, showcasing completed features and functionalities,



and manage the final delivery process.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between engineers, designers, and customers to ensure project success.
- Direct Reporting: Report directly to the CEO, providing insights, updates, and recommendations for project improvements.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in web development and/or digital marketing projects(SEO, Social Media, Paid advertising)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to gather and translate complex requirements into actionable project plans.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with UAT processes and managing client demonstrations.
- Proficiency in project management software (JIRA).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, startup environment.
- Ability to converse fluently in English & Hindi.

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant project management certification.
- Experience working in a startup or early-stage company.
- Knowledge of web development technologies and digital marketing strategies.
