Job Description Admission Counselor Study Abroad & NEET Counseling Position Overview The Admission Counselor Study Abroad & NEET Counseling is responsible for managing the complete student admission journey, from lead generation and counseling to university admission, visa assistance, and successful enrollment. The role requires excellent counseling skills, a consultative sales approach, strong knowledge of international education, and the ability to achieve admission and revenue targets. Experience or knowledge of MBBS admissions in India is highly desirable. 1. Student Counseling & Admissions

- Counsel prospective students through telecalling, walk-ins, online meetings, and other communication channels.
- Conduct detailed student profile assessments based on academic background, career aspirations, financial capability, and preferred destinations.
- Recommend suitable countries, universities, and academic programs.
- Guide students on admission requirements, eligibility criteria, SOPs, LORs, and application timelines.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments while achieving monthly admission targets.
- Build trust with students and parents through professional counseling and timely follow-ups.

2. Application & Admission Process

- Assist students in university selection, application preparation, and submission.
- Coordinate collection and verification of academic, financial, and supporting documents.
- Track application status, offer letters, and admission deadlines.
- Support preparation of country-specific SOPs and GTE statements.
- Guide students through visa applications and pre-departure processes.

3. CRM & Sales Management

- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.




- Manage the admission pipeline from Inquiry to Enrollment.
- Ensure timely lead follow-ups.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on admissions, conversions, and revenue.
- Track lead source performance.

4. Relationship Management

- Build relationships with students, parents, universities, and partners.
- Coordinate with IELTS, PTE, and OET teams.
- Ensure high student satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Stay updated on admission and visa regulations.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent counseling and communication skills.
- Strong telecalling and consultative sales abilities.
- Knowledge of study abroad destinations including the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Europe, Georgia, Vietnam, and Russia.
- Understanding of visa documentation and financial proof requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Robust organizational and follow-up skills.

- Monthly enrollment targets.
- Inquiry-to-application conversion ratio.
- Application-to-offer conversion rate.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Fresher to 5 years of experience in Study Abroad Counseling, Overseas Education, or NEET/MBBS Counseling.
- Experience in telecalling and student counseling preferred.
- Knowledge of MBBS admissions in India is an added advantage.
- Experience with IELTS, PTE, or OET is desirable.
- Office administration
- Assist management in day to day operations of Studies Overseas International Experience Centre
