Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented Product Owner with 4-6 years of experience, who can envision, build, and position products in the market. The ideal candidate will not only drive Agile product development but also actively contribute to pre-sales, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and product-market fit analysis. This role requires strong collaboration with engineering teams, hands-on experience with Jira, and a good understanding of AI-driven products or solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Delivery

- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Jira
- Write transparent user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to deliver high-quality products
- Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
- Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery

Business & Strategy

- Identify product-market fit through research, feedback, and data analysis




- Contribute to and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Analyze product performance and recommend improvements
- Align product deliverables with business goals and customer needs

Pre-Sales & Stakeholder Engagement

- Participate in pre-sales discussions, client demos, and sales calls
- Translate business requirements into scalable product features
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Present product capabilities effectively to clients and leadership

AI & Innovation

• Work on or support AI-powered products/solutions

- Understand AI/ML concepts, use cases, and integration possibilities
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption in products

Preferred Qualifications

- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent certification
- Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools
- Exposure to AI/ML products or platforms
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
- Experience in product-based or SaaS companies
