Customer Support Executive International Telecom Voice Process

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer service calls for international telecom customers.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while delivering exceptional service.
- Promote relevant products and services through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Meet quality, productivity, and sales performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company processes.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.




- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary

Package up to 6.5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
