Join Tata 1mg and be a part of one of India's leading healthcare companies! We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Area Team Lead (ATL) to oversee retail pharmacy operations and drive business growth across multiple stores.

Location: Allahabad (Prayagraj), Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail pharmacy stores.
- Drive sales, productivity, and achievement of business targets across the assigned area.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers and pharmacy teams to deliver operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, expiry management, and minimize stock losses.
- Analyze store performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans.




- Ensure exceptional customer service and a consistent customer experience across all stores.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support recent store launches and operational initiatives.

Eligibility

- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in retail operations or multi-store management.
- Valid Uttar Pradesh Drug License is Mandatory.
- Proven experience in leading multiple stores or retail teams.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and people management skills.
- Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, or organized retail is preferred.
