Job Description :-

Plant Automation Electrical and Instrumentation, Operations & Maintenance ~Budgeting & Cost Control

Site Management ~ Manpower Management

Technical Skills :-

- PLC: Allen Bradley (ControlLogix, Compact Logix, MicroLogix); RS Logix 500/5000, Studio 5000.
- SCADA/HMI: RSView32, Factory Talk Studio.
- Drives: ABB, Schneider, AB VFDs (250kW) with DOL bypass.
- Instrumentation: Pressure/flow/temp transmitters, radar/ultrasonic level, control valves.
- Weighing: Feeders, hoppers, belt scales (FLSmidth, ACME, Kehkashan).
- Power: DG sync & auto changeover (DIEF), MCC/PDB/APFC/MLDB panels.
- Protocols: Modbus RTU/TCP, Ether Net /IP.
- Software: SAP-PM (PR/GRN, task lists, BOM), MS Office.
- Maintenance: Preventive/shutdown maintenance and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems; performance checks via parameter analysis.
- Modification & Project Execution: CAPEX pre-engineering, vendor coordination, material inspection, site commissioning, and system upgrades.
- Routine Responsibilities: RCA for breakdowns, manpower planning, spare management, AMC handling, ISO/IMS/Safey Audit/CAG compliance.
- SAP - PM: PR/GRN handling, maintenance order execution, CAPEX closure, equipment/task list/BOM creation.

Process Instruments :

Erection, Commissioning & Maintenance of all process instruments related to Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level, Position Transmitters (Make-ABB,SIEMENS,ROSEMOUNT), Pneumatic & Motorized Control valves (Make-AUMA)

Weighing System :

Erection, Commissioning & Maintenance of Jenson & Nicholson (SCHENCK)/ Transweigh make weigh feeders,



Belt Weighers & Bin Weighing System.

Variable Speed Drive :

Erection, Commissioning & Maintenance of AC Drives(Make-ABB, SIEMENS, RELIANCE) & DC Drive(Make-ABB, CONTROLTECHNIQUES)

Automation System :

Erection, Commissioning & Maintenance of PLC (Make: Allen-Bradley, 5/80C) &DCS; (Make: Siemens, SPPAT-1000 & 3000).

Hydraulic Power Pack :

Erection, Commissioning & Maintenance of Hydraulic Power Pack Units of REXROTH

Maintenance and Trouble Shooting :-

- Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
- Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
- Ensuring all the machines are working well by conducting timely checks.
- Supervising viz. Simulation and Loop Checking of various instruments; in adherence to the company’s standards and specifications.
- Conducting inspection and functional testing to ensure the performance capacity of various machines and equipments.

Spare Parts Management :-

- Designing, implementing and monitoring effective procurement schedules along with finalizing the specifications of the spare parts and establishing the quality & quantity limits.
- Responsible for indigenization of the spare parts
