We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Collections Executive to join our team in Pulicherla, on the Romicherla Road. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in collections.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the collections process for timely debt recovery.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address root causes of delayed payments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of collections principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.




- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
