Role: Boomi Technical Leader
Location: Gurugram/Remote

Job Responsibility

- Support and maintain Boomi platform to facilitate data exchange has handled a team of developers or support.
- Can guide the team for various Technical RCAs.
- Solid knowledge of Design for various document types using Boomi so that P1 and P2
tickets can be handled.
- Comprehensive understanding of EDI processes, mappings, and system congurations to resolve products tickets under the SLA.
- Have worked earlier in Support teams for L1 and L2 with ITSM tools.
- Assignment to other resolver groups (upstream and downstream) in case of non-boomi
issues.
- Assignment to L3 with complete Diagnosis in case changes are required in boomi
applications.
- Review and maintenance of execution logs, error logs,



and system logs to identify trends
and prevent incidents.
- SOP and Knowledge Management.
- Root Cause Analysis to ensure proactive/corrective actions.
- Daily/weekly system health checks.
- Can work in shifts for L1+ and L2 support 24*5 and on call weekend support for P1 & P2.

Required Skills

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related.
- Minimum of 10+ of experience working with Boomi.
- Hands-on experience in Boomi and conguration.
- Boomi Developer certication or relevant training.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
