About the Role Andromeda is building its India platform, and we are hiring a Director of Finance – India to serve as the first senior finance leader for the region. This is a greenfield leadership role with a real mandate to build the India finance function from the ground up —covering controls, reporting, compliance, treasury, and team leadership—while acting as a trusted business partner to India leadership and a financial bridge to North America. What You’ll Do Build & Own India Finance Establish the complete India finance infrastructure: controls, reporting frameworks, compliance, and scalable processes Build and lead the India finance team; set high standards of accuracy, discipline, and ethics Implement systems and support initiatives such as ERP migrations Financial Reporting & FP&A; Deliver monthly management reporting, forecasts, and statutory accounts Prepare and review IFRS-compliant group reporting alongside Ind AS statutory reporting Provide explicit variance analysis and decision support to India leadership and North America Statutory, Tax & Regulatory Compliance Own compliance across Companies Act, GST, TDS, FEMA/RBI, and
