Job Description Description : Executive – Business Operations & Sales Coordinator
n Key Responsibilities:
n * Generate the leads by use of online lead generation platform like IndiaMART, ExportersIndia, Website, Email, WhatsApp. and database
n * Skills require for quote preparation, customer calling, supplier coordination and email marketing
n * Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
n * Studying the market and identifying new markets for developing recent business accounts
n * Planning a sales campaign suited to consumer trends
n * Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into orders.
n * Manage Purchase Orders, dispatch, and delivery follow-up.
n * Coordinate payment follow-up with customers.
n * Support export and domestic sales activities.
n * Maintain CRM, inquiry tracker, and business reports.




n * Monitor and analyse market trends and competition to inform product development and pricing strategies.
n * Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales and marketing performance to reporting manager
n * Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
n * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
n Skills Required
n * Good communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
n * Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
n * Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and online business platforms.
n * Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
