n We are looking for a energetic HR professional to drive HR Statutory compliance and operational excellence across all locations.
n Statutory compliance across all locations
n Contract Labour Compliance & Compliance Audits
n Analyze manpower productivity and identify optimization opportunities
n Partner with business leaders to enhance workforce efficiency
n Ensure implementation of HR processes, policies, and systems
n Guide, influence, and monitor location HR teams for governance & compliance adherence
n Drive standardization and continuous improvement of HR processes
n Workforce rationalization (on-roll & off-roll manpower)
n Support HR projects,



policy rollouts, and process automation initiatives
n Employee service/legal matters and general administration
n Candidate Profile:
n Strong expertise in statutory compliance handling across multiple locations
n Proven experience in building and managing robust HR governance frameworks
n Consistent and progressive career track in HR
n Mandatory experience in Manufacturing / FMCG industries
n Must know local language
n Candidates from IT industry background will not be considered
