Position: Maintenance Fitter

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 4 - 6 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Plan system layout, installation, or repair according to specifications.
- Assemble and secure tubes, fittings and related equipment, according to specifications,by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering and threading joints.
- Lay out full scale drawings of plant equipments following blueprints.
- Inspect, examine, and test installed systems
- Inspect components, assemblies and sub-assemblies to minimize rejections
- Inspect equipment and perform preventative maintenance
- Remove and replace worn out components.
- Perform economical upkeep of all equipments in the plant
- Source spares and do inventory control




- Face audits and do the follow up for the job works
- Examine blueprints and materials list to obtain parts specifications
- Periodically compare dimensions of assembly to blueprint specifications, using square,rule and callipers.

Required Skills:

- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.

Required Qualification: - ITI - Fitter

Salary :- Upto 5.50 LPA
