We Are Hiring Assistant Project Manager (MEP) In Mumbai.

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager – MEP

Location: Thane Mumbai
Department: Project Execution / Engineering
Reports To: Project Manager – MEP / Senior Project Manager
Type: Full-Time / Site-Based

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring all MEP activities at the project site.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely execution.

- Support in reviewing shop drawings, technical submittals, and BOQs.

- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.

- Participate in site inspections, QA/QC procedures, and MEP testing/commissioning.

- Track material delivery, manpower deployment, and work execution.

- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and support documentation for billing and audits.





- Follow up on project milestones and report potential risks or delays to the Project Manager.

- Ensure proper document control, drawing updates, and filing of MEP-related records.

- Attend coordination meetings and maintain minutes of meeting (MoM) as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

- 3–6 years of experience in MEP project execution or site coordination.

- Valuable knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.

- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.

- Strong communication, team coordination, and reporting skills.

- Familiarity with MEP codes and safety standards (e.g., IS, ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA).
