We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Plant Head (Admin & Logistics) to lead and manage all administrative and logistics functions at the plant level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective supply chain coordination, facility management, statutory compliance, and cross-functional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Plant Administration

- Oversee daily plant administration, infrastructure, utilities, and support services.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

- Manage security, housekeeping, and general upkeep of the plant premises.

- Handle labor relations, employee facilities, and welfare activities.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management

- Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation and dispatch.

- Optimize warehouse and inventory control operations.

- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams for timely material movement.





- Monitor vendor and fleet performance.

Compliance & Coordination

- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations (EHS).

- Liaise with local authorities, utility providers, and government bodies.

- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports.

Team & Budget Management

- Lead, mentor, and supervise administrative and logistics staff.

- Develop operational budgets and monitor cost control.

- Drive continuous process improvements for better efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Engineering.

- MBA or equivalent post-graduation preferred.

- Robust knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP), EHS norms, and local statutory laws.
