Job Description:
-B.Com or B. Sc with mathematics, or at least 10+2 with Mathematics
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Stores & material department of a manufacturing company.
- Must have handled raw material, spare parts and finished goods.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Invoice, Challan.
- PO Supplier Management.
- monitoring inventory levels.
- Stock Reconciliation.
- Preparation of GRN, stock verification.
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS & report preparation
- Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels.
- Analysis of materials consumption pattern
- Inward and outward.
- Material Issue to production.
- Ensuring the store workplace complies with health and safety regulations.
- Receive shipment & ensure both qualities & quantities.
- Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations.
- Recruiting, training and supervising employees.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed.
- Coordination with different departments to avoid stock shortages.
- Daily stock taking of RM & FP
